Hi, my name is Ryan. I got a procedure here at Northwest Dental for All-On-X. Every interaction of every single day I hid my smile, I hid my teeth. It was something that I always thought about in the back of my mind during any conversation that we had is, “Oh my God, these people are looking at my teeth.” It was something I was entirely embarrassed of. It was something that my was didn’t deserve to have, and so it really made me look in the mirror, so to speak. And so this is something that we need to change. And the moment I walk through the door they treated me with a million respect.
Every interaction of every single day I hid my smile, I hid my teeth.
Dr. Lee:
When I first met Ryan, he told me that he has a lot of missing and infected teeth, and because of that he doesn’t smile when he takes family portraits with his family.
Ryan:
I think the biggest thing that goes into teeth fair is being judged. I think that is a huge thing of what people wait so long, they are embarrassed. And I feel like he gets it. There is no judgment. His table five manner is one in a million. He makes you feel like you are the only person in his busy dental office.
Dr. Lee:
We all have different options. And for him, he makes us to pursue it on AllOnX, and we were successfully able to do the treatment. Now he can go and smile as brightly as he wants with his wife and his kids. It was life changing for him.
Ryan:
The smile itself, it’s something that I think my kids and my wife can be happy about. And looking at the befores and afters, you know, there was one of those guys who took a picture right before the procedure was done. And then, he looked at it afterwards, it’s liberating. It was like a weight coming off your shoulder because it is something that you don’t have to worry about anymore. You just got to get past yourself and go through it because you will be happy when you get it.
